1. Refund & Return Policy – Royal Pizza

At Royal Pizza, we want every customer to enjoy their order. If there is ever an issue with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our refund and return guidelines below.

Order Accuracy Issues                                                                              

If your order is incorrect, missing items, or not prepared as requested, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving it. We will gladly remake the item or provide an appropriate solution.

Quality Concerns                                                                                           

If you receive an item that is not up to our quality standards, please notify us immediately. We may request a photo of the item so we can address the issue and improve our service.

Refund Eligibility                                                                                  

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Duplicate order or duplicate charge
  • Order not received
  • Incorrect order that cannot be corrected
  • Verified quality issue

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Non‑Refundable Situations                                                                                   

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Orders where the customer changes their mind after food is prepared
  • Items that were consumed more than halfway
  • Delivery delays caused by weather, traffic, or factors outside our control

Cancellations                                                                                    

Orders may be canceled within 5 minutes of placing them. After food preparation begins, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
